The Nokia 6200 is an impressive phone that is aimed at business users and is bursting with useful features for the stylish professional.
Its main feature is its EDGE high-speed data transmission that will appeal to those who need their phone to perform as a business tool.

This phone has an excellent phone book capacity, holding 500 contacts and also allowing up to five different numbers per contact. The phone book can also hold web and street addresses for each contact, a fantastic option for business users on the move.

The Nokia 6200 has an excellent feature that allows up to 250 entries to be made in the calendar, which can then be synchronised with the phone book to ensure that you never forget to make that crucial phone call or miss an important meeting. The organiser also includes a prioritised to-do list, templates for email, texts and multimedia messaging and 90-second voice memos, all essential features for the busy professional. There are also the usual features that are always useful, including an alarm clock, calculator and converter and speakerphone.

Although the phone maintains a strong signal, call quality is not always as good as one would expect for a phone targeted at business users, however, this is significantly improved using the earloop headset, which is very comfortable.

The wireless internet connection is very quick, practically immediate, however, it does divert you through the Service Options menu when you click on a hyperlink, which can slow the process down. A really useful feature included is the GPRS data counter that allows the user to keep track of wireless internet usage.

The Nokia 6200 is larger than other handsets on the market, but it has a large screen that makes reading text much easier. The menus are easy to navigate with the four-way navigational button and the keypad is a sensible size that is comfortable to use when texting.

This phone is not just a business tool, it does have some fun features, including colour tones and screensavers to personalise the handset. There is also a gallery of 10 images that can be used either as wallpaper or sent as picture messages. There is only one JavaTM game available on the phone but there is the option to download more, as well as images and ringtones, there is also an FM radio with 20 presets, perfect for long train journeys. There are 19 polyphonic and 18 chord ringtones to choose from, and you can assign different ringtones to contacts or caller groups.

The Nokia 6200 is a great option for those who want their phone to work hard for them; it is a good-looking, practical phone with some great features for business users.
